In original 20-page brochure for Oxhey Hall has come to light courtesy of Simon Causer and his wife (Raglan Gardens) and David Hall who acted as the intermediary.  This is the whole version, a summary of which was printed in our newsletter.

This title page shows that inflation can strike at any time and as today is affecting the price of building materials, although if the price of the house was only £735 or £835, I don’t think any of us would be concerned.

The brochure contains adverts and illustrations of the amenities – club subscription please note was only 10 Shillings (and less for Ladies!).
